How I wish you were here

Sometimes I close my eyes

and it seems as if you are next to me

I feel the warmth of your body

and the touch of your hand

I smell the scent of your skin

and I hear you breathing

Then I open my eyes realizing

it was just an imagination

so clear

so real

so painful.
