Platonic Love

Though you're ten thousand miles away
I think of you each night and day
a zillion thoughts have paved their way
a million words I'd like to say
and whilst I long to hold your hand
I've come to learn what Platon meant


Yet, once I'm back, I'll prove him wrong
and make love to you - all night long
