Carpe diem and this moment could become a beautiful memory

Moment by moment
and our time flows away
like a river to a cliff
A rushing waterfall
takes us once away from this world
and no one knows where
All the moments of our existence
shall then be like thousands 
drops of water sparkling in the sun
Beautiful memories
that fall into the depths with us
and I wish
that they are accompanied
by a last thought
“We loved and lived,
as best we could”



Carpe diem und dieser Augenblick könnte eine schöne Erinnerung werden:

Augenblick um Augenblick
und unsere Zeit fließt dahin
wie ein Fluss zu einer Klippe
Ein rauschender Wasserfall
nimmt uns einmal fort von dieser Welt
und niemand weiß wohin
All die Momente unseres Daseins
sollen dann wie Tausende 
in der Sonne funkelnde Wassertropfen sein
Schöne Erinnerungen
die mit uns in die Tiefe fallen
und ich wünsche mir
das sie begleitet werden
von einem letzten Gedanken
„Wir haben geliebt und gelebt,
so gut wir konnten“
.
