Natascha Sifnakis

Stolen Time

The clock becomes my enemy...
When I spend precious time alone with you...
I fear nothing more than the moment...
When sleep drifts you away from me...
It makes me feel so lonely...
To see you sleep so peacefully...
When I wake up...
You've slipped out of bed so quietly...
Being left alone...
To face the day's harsh reality...
