Debora Buchaim Regos Zamorano was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She worked as a teacher of English as a Second Language and an assistant principal there. In 200 she came to El Paso, Texas, USA. She received her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Educational Leadership. Debora is a full time lecturer at the University of Texas at El Paso, where she teaches Portuguese and Academic Writing for ESOL students. She has always published the book “Communicative Feedback and Leadership in a Rural Setting”, book and media reviews and an article.
